Wismilak for LUCK!

Photo Source: Pixabay (Photographer: Gerdi Möller-Jansen) A Javanese couple have a chit-chat under a tree. They talk about their hobbies and achievements. The husband has signed up for a chess competition while the wife has enrolled for a women's leadership retreat out of town. At the end of the conversation, the wife asks the husband for permission to go to the women's retreat. Wife: See you in two days Mas (hubby) Husband: Ok Dek (wifey), O ya wish me luck ya! Wife: Inggih, (polite way to say OK) OK Mas! 10 minutes later Wife: Mas! Here you go!  Husband: What's this? Wismilak Cigar... (laugh) No I said WISH ME LUCK! You should practice your English and listening skill 😃 Wife: Excuse me! NO, it is not my English, it's your pronunciation 😈 Husband: Sorry dek, Sweetheart! Thanks for buying me this cigarette. I'll bring this Wismilak to the championship tomorrow for luck. I love you Dek 😊 Have a safe trip to Puncak. Wife: Love you too Mas! Goodluck for tomorrow!

Headscarf

Photo Source: Pixabay (Photographer: Pexels) Headscarf or Khimar in Arabic means 'to cover'. Headscarf is more than just an accessory, it is a commitment. Indonesians call it Hijab and it is a lifestyle of Muslim women. For some people, the headscarf is fashionable. For me, a 2 meter long headscarf is a solution for bad hair days, windy holiday or hot weather situations. We can wear turbans in different styles to make them  look fresh or vintage. I would like to recommend 3 Youtube channels that show many ways to tie women's turban. She likes the child and thinks she could do something good, like help the family pay for the child's school and take her on vacation once a month. She hoped she could rehearse to become a mother if her fiancé marries her one day. This is a story of Charlene and little Anya. 4 - 5-year-old Every morning, Little Anya plays in the park with the other preschoolers. She would brag about her foster mother to her friends because she knew Charlene would stop by and give her a special goodie bag with lots of candies, cookies and surprise eggs inside. Hybrid Spirit: Born Weak but Armed

Photo Source: Pixabay (Photographer: Holger Schué) Why, oh, why do I have to carry my own house like this? I roll too slow, to the point that the trees' shadows could crawl outrun me this afternoon. But it is what it is. I am doing okay and that is the number one Snail's priority. The other day, I saw two creatures talking to each other. When I was busy rolling myself down the lake, my eyes captured this bright light. Besides this creature, there was another creature with an awful smell, looking sweaty like me and panting like he was sick. I am pretty sure this confused man is a human. The bright one asked, Adam what can I do for you? It seems to me the bright one knows the man. I am very sick. I prayed to God when you appeared. Please heal me Angel. Said the man. Adam, just believe and you have already received what you asked. The Spirit in you has everything you need, including a cure for your sickness. Use that in The Name of our Creator to activate it! Said the bright one. ...

Born to Create

Photo Source: Pixabay (Photographer:Welcome to All ! ツ ) Yes, it is our nature to fight It is our nature to conquer It is our nature to love and hate  It is our desire to find the meaning of everything We build and destroy We burn things and we grow things We initiate war and declare peace We always compete in everything We were born to create  Create a tower that reach the heaven and look for its Creator Create monuments for ourselves Create the skycrapers to see from above We were born to create Create songs to lift up our praises  Make music to worship The Lord and move the heaven's army Build houses for The Lord and gather up to pray together.

New Year, New Hair

Photo Source: Pixabay (Photographer: Sanctuary Salon) The interesting thing about New Year is we sort of wanting to renew or restart many things in many aspects of our life. Longing for change. As for today, I started to renew at least one thing; I cut my son's hair. I gave him a new look, called it January Hairstyle by me. Tomorrow I probably will cut my hair too, but I think I'll go find a hairdresser to do the layers for me. Shoulder-length layers will probably give me a fresh look.   I came across an article that is very useful to find the best layered hairstyle to spice up my hair for the 2024 journey, maybe highlight the new month and brighten new days.
